Job Description 
Sales and Marketing Internship - Miami
 
Reports to:      The Managing Director
Location:        Brickell City Centre, 78 SW 7th St, Miami, FL 33130, USA
Job Outline:     Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team, and to develop, implement, track and optimise digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
 
  • Key responsibilities: Brand ambassador for MN2S.
  • Manage the sales agents and all sales activities within MN2S Miami.
  • Motivate sales agents and lead the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Carry out sales training with sales agents.
  • Report on progress towards sales KPIs.
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands MN2S's client base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Organise e-marketing and other relevant marketing activity on behalf of sales agents.
  • Objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the sales agents.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the MD.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics including quarterly sales results and annual forecast
  • Induct new sales agents.
  • Oversee client account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profits.
  • Handle and resolve conflicts as and when they arise.
  • Organise and manage weekly sales meetings.
  • Liaise with other departments within the company and in the UK office.
  • Prepare budgetary information for the Financial Controller.
  • Network with companies in the industry.
  • MN2S may vary the duties and responsibilities at any time and from time to time according to the needs of the business.
 
  • Selection Criteria:Successful previous experience as a sales agent consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the business.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
  • Target driven.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
